For this assignment we had to come up with original chair and side table designs. I like modern looking furniture and took Frank Lloyd Wright's Origami chair as inspiration for my own. The complexity of the angles creating a simple yet interesting surface are what interest me the most about designs like this. It was also the first time that I had ever used an indigo blue wax and as I soon discovered it might not be the best idea for a final drawing due to the slight that occurred in as I was transporting it to class. Lesson learned.
